Meteotest is neither liable for incorrect forecasts, nor for difficulties in communication, breakdown of telecommunication lines or subsequent damages of any kind, as far as they were not induced grossly negligently or intentionally by Meteotest.
Meteotest's weather forecasts are protected under copyright and unfair competition law. It is not allowed to manufacture copies of the forecasts, to distribute them, to make them perceivable or accessible to the public as well as to use them in any other way for commercial purposes, as a whole or in part, without Meteotest's prior written consent.
